Elinor is a composer, actor, and writer. Her new folk musical, Elbow Deep, about sheep farming and baby loss, is being developed at Birmingham Hippodrome and was showcased at BEAM 2025. Elinor also sings and plays bodhrán and guitar, both as a solo folk artist and with her band, The Mistakings who have performed at several folk festivals and released Five EPs. She is working towards the release of her debut solo album. As an actor she recently completed the international tour of my lover was a salmon in the climate apocalypse and as a musical director worked for venues including the RSC. Elinor is also a classically-trained multi-instrumentalist who plays trombone and sackbut for orchestras and ensembles across the UK. She trained at Guildhall in music and at LAMDA in acting.
