As Creative Work Placement Programme Lead, Annie will be supporting our new cohort of work placement creatives through their time with us at BYMT.  This means she will be running online and in person sessions to ensure they get the most out of this exciting programme.  Learning will also be supported by six new online modules, which Annie is building, on subjects including creative pathways, administrative and production tasks and developing a professional portfolio.

Annie joined BYMT in February 2026 to help develop the online modules for CWP and be a mentor through the programme.
Annie also works as a freelance Producer, Director and Facilitator.  Prior to this she was the Course Leader of Performing Arts at Southampton Solent University and has also taught singing and acting at Winchester and Portsmouth Universities. She trained at GSA and Drama Studio London and has worked both as an actor/singer and as a freelance creative.
