After each season has come to an end, BYMT selects around fifty young people who took part in that season to be the Young Company Panel for the following year.
Our Young Company Panelists show a clear commitment to, and understanding of, the BYMT processes and values, thoughtful opinions and creative spark. They advise BYMT on creative programming, logistics of our projects, communications, special events and so much more! The Panel meets once every few months via Zoom, with Emily Gray (Creative Director) and Cerys Jones (Casting and Young Company Manager).
