Having previously worked with BYMT as both a volunteer and as a pastoral member in 2022, she is delighted to re-join the team in this new role. As Schools and Pastoral Manager she will work with partners to deliver engagement activities and projects to inspire interest, recruit and make creative careers more accessible for young people. Alongside this she will oversee all pastoral elements of the 2023 production season.

Rosa is also a freelance theatre director, she studied Acting and Cinematography at the University of Salamanca, English and Drama at Royal Holloway University of London and recently graduated from the MA Theatre Directing course at Mountview Academy. She is fascinated by the transformative power of the arts, whether that be through time, space, culture or simply the interaction and connection between humans.
