Lucie is a West Yorkshire based theatre maker currently working as a writer, choreographer and movement director.
In 2023 Lucie graduated from Leeds Conservatoire MA Musical Theatre (Creative) program with Distinction. Coming from a dance background, Lucie ran a private performing arts academy for 20 years before making the leap into professional theatre.
During this time she choreographed dozens of medium and large scale community theatre projects at venues such as Wakefield Theatre Royal, Bradford St. George’s Hall and Leeds Carriageworks, as well as in High Schools and Colleges.
Following graduation Lucie chose to focus on creating original theatre, but her work retains its natural kineticism with a sense of form and motion. But what motivates Lucie above all is engaging an audience in the heart of a story, and the magic of live theatre.
Lucie is the choreographer of our upcoming summer production Theo In Between, coming to Carriageworks Theatre in Leeds this August.
