Hailing from Wrexham, North Wales, Jordan Li-Smith is a multi-award-winning composer, lyricist, writer, conductor, arranger, orchestrator, performer and pianist. He has twice won the Offie for Best Musical Director and the BroadwayWorkUK Award for Best Musical Direction.
With over a decade of experience in music directing, Jordan has worked on new musicals, UK premieres and landmark revivals. He is currently an Associate Conductor for The Lightning thief: The Percy Jackson Musical (The Other Palace), and will be the musical director of the 2025 China&Hong Kong tour of Tick, Tick… Boom!. He was MD of the Dolly Parton musical, Here You Come Again(Leeds Playhouse/ Riverside Studios/UK Tour) and the 2023 China Tour of Titanic.
Jordan is the Composer and Musical Director of our upcoming summer production of Theo In Between, coming to Leeds Carriageworks Theatre this August.
