Jon began his theatre career after graduating from, working as a Company Manager on both touring productions and in the West End. He then became a Producer for North Bank Productions, again mostly UK tours, including long runs of To Kill A Mocking Bird and Funny Peculiar.
He founded BYMT (previously known as YMT) in 2003. He retired from BYMT in 2022, handing over to Emily Gray, and now works as an independent producer/ arts manager.
