Rachel is a Creative Strategist and Project Leader with a 20 year track record of delivering and managing multi-million pound Urban Regeneration and Creative/Cultural Placemaking projects from inception to completion. She is also an independent Writer, Librettist, Creative Producer with a focus on cultural advocacy, social history, data journalism, music and music theatre. Rachel is the inclusivity advisor for BYMT’s Board.
