Arts Award
British Youth Music Theatre is an Arts Award Supporter, which means that we provide activities and opportunities for young people doing their Arts Award. So, if you're already working towards your Bronze, Silver or Gold award, you can gain experience with BYMT that can contribute towards it. Here are some examples of ways you could get involved:
Take part in an arts activity
You could join one of our open access Summer Camp Courses, which take place in the school summer holidays, or you could apply for our Backstage Courses or audition to take part in one of our Summer Productions.
Review shows
Join our national Young Reviewers programme - you get free press tickets to see shows and then award some stars, share your opinions and your review will be published on our blog.
Tell us your views
You could write an article for our online blog about an arts issue that you feel passionate about.
Complete a placement
We offer internships, work experience placements and volunteer opportunities in our office for those wanting to learn about arts administration, marketing and fundraising. Visit our work with us page for further information.
