BYMT's Musical Theatre Advanced Skills Camp

This 6-day, intensive residential summer course in musical theatre skills will equip you with the unique skillset and knowledge needed to be competitive and to excel in the theatre industry. The programme incorporates focused training in acting, singing and movement, with talks, masterclasses and seminars designed to illuminate career pathways, build confidence and demystify the audition process.

Many of whom are also currently working within the UK’s leading drama schools and conservatoires, and know what it takes to make it!

Tailored for the 16-21 year age bracket, this course will be particularly beneficial for those interested in auditioning for drama school or conservatoire at undergraduate or postgraduate levels. The course includes expert training plus six nights’ full board and accommodation.

Working together on Advanced Skills Camp is one of the best ways to make great, often life-long, friends, to share a unique experience and to come out at the other end proud of what you achieved, whilst becoming more confident as a performer and a person. Participants come from many backgrounds and countries; we have young people from all over the world including the USA, France, Spain, Russia and Hong Kong as well as the UK and Ireland.
