Burst! is Back!
Our exciting week-long music and dance project Burst! returns this year and it's bigger, bolder, and more fun than ever! Candoco Dance Company and British Youth Music Theatre have joined forces again, to work with 20 participants to co-create a live performance that will feature at the outdoor Day of Dance in Peckham Library Square.
It includes:
- 4 days of working together to create, choreograph and compose the movement and sound at Mountview.
- Performing at Candoco’s annual Day of Dance on Saturday 10th August 2024, in Peckham Library Square.
No experience in dance, movement or music is necessary - just an interest, an open mind and willingness to explore in a fun, friendly and inclusive environment. We have 20 places for disabled and non-disabled young people who want to take part. 50% of the places are reserved for Peckham residents and/or those who identify as disabled.
The Burst! project will run from:
11:00am - 4:00pm
Tuesday 6th - Saturday 10th August 2024
