Olenka Barnett

Olenka works in the Engagement and Inclusion Team at Sainsbury's, as a Colleague Activation Executive. Working to involve colleagues, building trust and advocacy and ultimately helping to create a place where people love to work.Olenka is an alumna of BYMT and took part in Goblin Market (2005), Missing Melanie (2005), Last Tango (2006) and Rare Dreams (2007). She also performed at West End Live (2006), the House of Commons and various Let it Snow concerts with BYMT. BYMT gave her an abundance of opportunities and she's thrilled to be able to give back to the organisation as a Trustee.
