Milly is responsible for programming, general managing and producing all of our productions, yearly events and BYMT’s Live Audition Tour.

Milly joined BYMT in May 2022 following three years as Production Executive for Bill Kenwright, where she worked in the Producer’s office on multiple West End/International and UK tours. Prior to that, she worked as an Agent Assistant for talent agency Global Artists, working closely with a variety of creatives and during this time assisted Director Laurence Connor on School of Rock Broadway and London. Milly trained in Musical Theatre at The Urdang Academy and has worked creatively in Theatre for 10 years, she is thrilled to be part of the BYMT team.
