Hope Kagutha

Hope Kagutha supports the coordination and implementation of production and office tasks. She graduated with a degree in English Literature from Warwick University before joining BYMT.

Hope is responsible for writing and distributing contracts, organising and preparing for production meetings, and overseeing various administrative duties. Additionally, she assists with theatre productions, liaises with venues and technical staff, and supports the Producer and Young Company Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of BYMT's artistic programs. Hope also maintains office supplies, manages the CRM database, and contributes to BYMT’s commitment to sustainability. She is thrilled to be part of the BYMT team and looks forward to contributing to the organisation's continued success.
