Hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm

As Head of Development, Frances is responsible for fundraising and business development, forging relationships with those who support the fantastic work that we do. She works on seeking exciting opportunities for BYMT and compiling data to go into funding applications. She works closely with our Creative Director Emily on writing the organisational strategy for BYMT and with our Finance Director Clare on BYMTs finance reports.

Frances has previously worked at a national performing arts franchise and supported performers through their theatre degrees at London Studio Centre. She previously worked at BYMT as Admissions Manager for our Young People in 2021. Although Frances is based in Leeds, she does occasionally travel down to London, so works across both offices.

Frances has just completed an MA in Applied Theatre at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She is passionate about creating theatre as a way of opening up conversations with young people and creating opportunities for access to the arts.
