Cathy Forde
Catherine Forde has written fifteen books including the award-winning Fat Boy Swim, SKARRS, and The Drowning Pond, which won a Scottish Arts Council Book Award. Cathy’s first play, Empty, was commissioned by the National Theatre of Scotland in 2008, and was produced in 2011 and directed by Vicky Featherstone.
Other drama credits include: The Sunday Lesson; Supply, Ozone, All The Time (all for Oran Mor); Chamber of Nothing (Pearson Educational); The Drowning Pond (BYMT); Baby's Come Back (BBC Radio Scotland); The Little Mermaid; and Mother Goose Does Eggs Factor. Upcoming work includes Broken Dreams.
